Jaime leads BLOOM & FRUIT’s reforestation and regenerative agriculture programs, promoting practices that balance productivity and environmental responsibility. He coordinates educational campaigns and partnerships with rural communities, strengthening BLOOM & FRUIT’s green identity.
Ximena Álvarez
International Trade Manager
An economist specializing in agricultural export markets, Ximena has fostered partnerships with distributors in Europe and Asia. Her approach combines fair trade, traceability, and ethical marketing strategies. She leads the development of environmentally friendly transportation systems and logistics solutions that reduce the carbon footprint of every shipment.
